We are a broker specialising in providing secured loans and bridging finance to the clients of our introducers.
We like to think that we operate slightly differently to others offering similar services in so much as we do not use call centres but prefer to deal with our brokers and their clients on a one to one basis. Although we are based in the South of England we transact business throughout the UK.
We have good working relations with a number of specialist lenders and as a result we are confident we can place deals where perhaps others cannot. It is always worth giving us a call to discuss what we can do to help.
We work as a broker; meaning that we shop around our panel of lenders to find the right loan for your client. Even though it might seem hard to get a loan from some companies, we hope you will be pleasantly surprised how many of your clients we can help. Alchemy Money Limited is a responsible broker and we have an internal fee structure to ensure all our customers are treated fairly. Depending on the complexity of your circumstances and amount of work done we may need to charge a higher fee. We will let you know what the fee is before you decide whether to proceed with the loan. Our fee will not be more than 10%. Please read our scope of service agreement for more information about the fees.
